SYNTHETIC COLORS FOR COMPRESSED TABLETS
Synthetic colors and lake colors are used in different pharmaceutical compressed tablets to increase their aesthetic value. The making process of compressed tablets comprises adding the entire API to form a dry mix and later color is added to the dry mix to form a compressed tablet.
