Customer Service Manager – Alger, Algeria

Work Experience: 5 to 10 Years of Experience in Customer Service and operations

Preferred Qualification: Graduate with Relevant years of experience

Job Purpose: Manage customer services for all Algeria customers, process customer purchase orders and control documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders for both Roha India and Roha Algeria
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries via phone, email
  • Update client Master on SAP / CRM
  • Order Raw Material Suppliers
  • Inform customer Delivery dates and delays in orders
  • Pro Form Invoices
  • Update Client Price master on SAP / CRM
  • Credit and Debit memos
  • Exports, from start to end – All documents and Communication
  • Create new Clients on SAP / CRM, Convert Prospective client to SAP / CRM Client

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate
  • Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
  • Minimum Experience of 5 – 10 years in Import/Export and Customer Service in MNCs
  • Knowledge of Excel & SAP preferable
  •
