Work Experience: 5 to 10 Years of Experience in Customer Service and operations
Preferred Qualification: Graduate with Relevant years of experience
Job Purpose: Manage customer services for all Algeria customers, process customer purchase orders and control documentation.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders for both Roha India and Roha Algeria
- Resolve customer complaints and queries via phone, email
- Update client Master on SAP / CRM
- Order Raw Material Suppliers
- Inform customer Delivery dates and delays in orders
- Pro Form Invoices
- Update Client Price master on SAP / CRM
- Credit and Debit memos
- Exports, from start to end – All documents and Communication
- Create new Clients on SAP / CRM, Convert Prospective client to SAP / CRM Client
Job Specifications:
- Graduate
- Fluent in English, French, and Arabic
- Minimum Experience of 5 – 10 years in Import/Export and Customer Service in MNCs
- Knowledge of Excel & SAP preferable
