ROHA Group, a global leader in food color solutions, today announced the acquisition of Tebracc, one of Brazil’s leading natural color manufacturers with strong expertise in annatto extraction and processing.
This strategic acquisition underscores ROHA’s commitment to supporting customers’ long-term growth objectives by securing a resilient and sustainable supply chain while expanding its global natural colors capabilities.
